GENERAL BOOKING TERMS


1. General Provisions
All prices are expressed in Euros and, in accordance with applicable legislation, any booking made through the Website is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the final price. Prices may be subject to occasional discounts or promotional offers.

The User must complete payment online and will receive an email confirming the booking, including a unique personal access code. This code grants entry to the premises via the keypad located at the entrance and must be entered again on the locker screen to open the assigned locker. The code is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse bookings from Users involved in prior payment disputes or irregular activity.

2. User Obligations
Any User placing a booking through the Website declares to be of legal age, legally capable of entering contracts, and holder of sufficient means of payment. The User accepts these conditions fully and without reservation.

The User may select one or several lockers available on the Website.

3. Locker Types and Pricing
The service offers different locker sizes depending on the location:
• Medium (M): 36.8 cm (height) × 47.4 cm (width) × 58 cm (depth)
• Large (L): 46.2 cm (height) × 47.4 cm (width) × 58 cm (depth)
• Extra Large (XL): 84.6 cm (height) × 47.4 cm (width) × 58 cm (depth)

The User is responsible for verifying that the dimensions are suitable for their belongings before completing the booking. Use of the lockers requires payment of the amount displayed at the time of booking, according to the applicable rate. Pricing may be consulted at:

4. Payment Methods and Security
In compliance with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 (PSD2), all online payments require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Depending on the selected payment method and transaction value, the User may be required to authenticate using an additional verification factor (PIN code, SMS verification, biometric confirmation, etc.).

Accepted payment methods:
1) Credit Card – Secure gateway through Redsys. Cards accepted: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard.
2) PayPal – Requires an existing PayPal account or card entry within PayPal.
3) Bizum – Requires activation and verification through the User’s banking App.

5. Duration of Use and Access
The User may rent a locker for 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours. For bookings exceeding 48 hours, extensions may be made directly through the confirmation email prior to expiry, or by contacting:

During the rental period, the User may open and close their locker freely. At the end of the reservation, belongings must be retrieved before the deadline. Once expired, reopening the locker requires a new booking.

6. Proper Use of Lockers
The User agrees to:
• Use only the assigned locker
• Not overload or force mechanisms
• Keep the locker properly secured
• Use the service responsibly
• Leave the locker in the same condition as found
• Report malfunctions immediately

7. Prohibited Items
The Owner may remove prohibited items and report the User if necessary.
Prohibited contents include:
• Dangerous, flammable, illegal, or toxic materials
• Licensed items without corresponding authorization
• Perishable food or improperly packaged goods
• Animals or living organisms
• Liquids susceptible to leakage

8. User Liability
The User is responsible for correct use of the facility and storage units. Sharing access codes is strictly prohibited. Damage caused by negligence or improper use will result in repair charges.

9. Operating Hours
Lockers operate 24/7 using the access code received via confirmation email.

10. Right of Withdrawal
The User has 14 days to withdraw from the contract unless service execution has begun. Details follow EU consumer regulation and applicable exceptions.

11. Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
• Extensions permitted only before current rental expires
• Cancellations valid with min. 24h notice or technical fault
• Refunds issued the next business day if applicable

12. Overdue Use & Abandonment
If belongings remain after expiry, the Owner may:
• Block or empty the locker
• Hold items up to 14 days
• Apply penalties equal to double excess time
• Dispose or transfer unclaimed items thereafter

13. Management of Uncollected Items
Stored for max. 14 days, then surrendered or disposed of. Hazardous or unsuitable items may be rejected immediately.

14. Security & Surveillance
Premises include monitoring systems. The service is unattended and automated. The Owner is not responsible for external damages.

15. Limitation of Liability
Sherry Lockers is not responsible for loss or theft except in cases of gross negligence.

18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be submitted to Spain's Consumer Arbitration System or EU cross-border alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
