Booking is very simple and quick. Just
follow these steps:

- Select the desired date and hours.
- Choose the locker size and the number of
lockers you need.
- Enter your details and complete the
payment.
- Check your email; you will receive the
access codes required to enter the premises and to open your locker.
- Once inside, enter the code on the locker
screen and your assigned locker will automatically open.
Are Sherry Lockers safe?
At Sherry Lockers, we prioritise the safety
of your belongings so that you can enjoy the city with complete peace of
mind.
Access to the premises is only possible
with the unique security code provided after completing the booking.
Additionally, the facility is equipped with CCTV and 24/7 video
surveillance.
Our lockers are state-of-the-art, built
with highly resistant materials and anti-vandalism locks. We also provide
insurance coverage of up to 1,000 euros.
How can I know which locker size is best for my needs?
The website displays the measurements and
capacity of each locker size, along with an indicative estimation of how the
space can be used. However, always check that your items fit inside the
selected locker size before completing the booking.

Yes. You can choose 6-, 12-, 24-, or
48-hour periods. For bookings longer than 48 hours, you have two options:

Can I extend my booking before it ends?
Yes, you can do so through the link
included in your confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, provided the modification or
cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your booking
using the link included in the confirmation email.
What happens if I arrive late to collect my belongings?
You may access the premises using the same
code received in your confirmation email. You will need to pay for the
additional hours of locker use. Payment for extra hours is made by card through
the device located inside the premises.
How many times can I access my locker during the booking period?
You may access your locker as many times as
needed, 24 hours a day.
Do I need to book online?
Yes, always through the website or by
scanning the QR code available on-site.
